\nShow Me Sailing does not own vessels and is not a travel organizer, but your personal agent ensuring a safe and transparent connection with verified charter companies.<\/p>\n

Responsibility of the Charter Company<\/h3>\n

The charter company is the contractual party with which the client signs the yacht charter agreement. It is fully responsible for:
\n\u2022 the technical condition and equipment of the vessel,
\n\u2022 the quality and performance of services,
\n\u2022 deposit handling and return,
\n\u2022 resolving any technical issues, damages, or complaints.<\/p>\n

Role of Show Me Sailing During the Charter<\/h3>\n

Show Me Sailing provides advisory and logistical assistance before, during, and after the trip.
\nThis assistance is supportive in nature and does not imply legal responsibility for the performance of the charter contract or any technical incidents on board.<\/p>\n

Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

Show Me Sailing cannot be held liable for:
\n\u2022 technical malfunctions or defects,
\n\u2022 delays, cancellations, or changes by the charter company,
\n\u2022 weather conditions, itinerary changes, or third-party behavior (skippers, crew, marinas, etc.),
\n\u2022 personal dissatisfaction with the vessel or services.
\nThe maximum liability of Show Me Sailing, if proven, is limited to the amount of commission earned for that mediation.<\/p>\n

Our Commitment<\/h3>\n

We cooperate only with verified and registered charter companies, carefully check all offers before sending them, and remain available to you before, during, and after your sailing holiday.<\/p>\n

Confirmation of Consent<\/h3>\n

By submitting an inquiry, confirming an offer, or paying a deposit, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms of Mediation and Responsibility.<\/p>\n
